He comes from Mazury – the land of lakes and nature. As an experienced and open-minded person, he gladly follows various culinary trends, appreciating local and seasonal products, and puts the quality of ingredients first. The way he cooks is inventive and with a deep sense of taste. It is based on Polish culinary tradition with a European twist added to it. The main goal of our chef is to feed people well – both guests and our staff. He is the one who teaches all of us how to experience joy from the food.
